Salmon salad

The ingredients we need on this occasion are very easy to get. You only have to buy 150 grams of a mixture of green leaves (can be arugula, spinach, lettuce, beet leaves, etc), a quarter of a pound of cheese in a bucket, 150 grams of salmon, a pair of grapefruit, mixed powdered panela with water in half well and four tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.

Preparation:

1. First let’s start preparing the companion. Put 200 grams of panela and a cup of cold water in a pot. Heat over medium heat until dissolved and turn our main ingredient into melado.

2. Then in a pan you have to mix the grapefruit juice, the dissolved panela and the balsamic vinegar to taste; heat over medium heat until it boils, remove the pot from the stove and let it cool for a few minutes.

3. To prepare the salmon. Clean the portion of fish well with water, removing all impurities and spines that are palpable, then in a pan with a little olive oil cook the portion on both sides until browning on both sides the salmon. Then cut the portion on a board into small, edible pieces.

4. Finally to prepare the salad. In individual dishes distribute all the ingredients for the salad, add the chopped salmon and the companion that we made in the first step warm or cold.
